Kimberley Walsh signs deal with Schwarzkopf Supersoft

Gorgeous Girls Aloud star Kimberley Walsh has signed a deal with Schwarzkopf to be the face (and hair) of their range of Supersoft shampoos and conditioners.

Inspiring British women with her natural beauty, Kimberley will be fronting a major print campaign until the end of the year for the Supersoft hair care range.

“Everyone loves Kimberley,” said Supersoft Brand Manager, Mark Beeby. “She always looks great and has fabulous, glossy hair, but it’s really her personality which made us want to work with her. She’s happy in her own skin and we think women of all ages, shapes and sizes can relate to her. Her warm, friendly, open manner makes her a great ambassador for natural, healthy beauty. Our Supersoft range uses natural extracts such as organic pomegranate and deliciously scented coconut to suit the needs of every hair type hopefully helping every woman to feel beautiful.”

“I like the fact that with Supersoft there’s a product to match every hair type and style.” Said Kimberley. “It allows me to channel all my favourite hair looks from Bridget Bardot to Veronica Lake but also cleanse and moisturise when I need it. My favourite variety is the Supersoft Yoghurt & Coconut – it smells amazing and leaves my hair feeling really nourished. I learnt a great tip on tour that if you apply conditioner and then cover your hair with a carrier bag and leave for ten minutes it works as an intensive moisturiser. Our stylist had all the girls on tour sat in our rooms with carrier bags on our heads! It’s totally not glamorous, but it’s a great cheap trick and really works.”


The print campaign will be live from July across women’s glossy media. Other stars who have represented the Supersoft brand over the years include Emma Bunton and Lisa Snowdon.
